My current role is as managing director of Augenblick Consulting Group: a premier full service turn-key human resources consulting firm for progressive organizations in the Washington DC metro area.
I am an accomplished human resources professional with 14 years of professional experience and a diverse human resources background. I am also an industry thought leader whose extensive association with professional trade groups such as NOVA SHRM and cutting edge companies such as The Motley Fool have provided a unique human resources background. I began his HR career as a human resources manager, utilizing and benefiting from the opportunity to wear many hats, while working at the Motley Fool for over five years.
Augenblick Consulting Group works with growing organizations, (typically under 50 staff members) to help create an environment that focuses on the organization's most critical resource – their people. Augenblick Consulting Group is dedicated to helping organizations recruit and retain top talent; create policies which enable and encourage employees to achieve their full potential; cultivate and maintain healthy and productive cultures; ensure compliance; train and develop staff; as well as serve as a human resource sounding board for the executives who run organizations.
